Up for E-news!
Running an animal shelter can be expensive, so
local donors have agreed to help the Washington Humane Society launch
our new e-news service by contributing enough money to pay for one
day's worth of dog or cat food in the Washington Humane Society
shelter for every local resident who signs up to receive updates.
Local donors taking part include America Online, Chevy Chase Land
Company and Chevy Chase Cars.
The news service will include timely information
about local animal welfare needs, adoptable animals and success
stories, animal care tips and news, and local animal-friendly events
like dog-friendly happy hours.
You can un-subscribe at any point, and we will
not send updates to anyone who has not signed up. Once you have
the submitted the information above, you will receive an email that
requests you confirm your subscription by clicking on a link. For
every person who validates that link and joins the list, WHS donors
will contribute enough money to pay for a day's food for a dog or
cat in the WHS animal shelter, up to a total of contribution of
at least $10,000.
Please pass this along to friends or family members
who live in the DC area and ask them to join as well. With just
a few clicks, you can help care for some of our area's neediest
animals and help them find loving homes. Thank you for your support.
